Personal sessions are a one-on-one hour and a half long session conducted for clients who want to get the most out of a session. These sessions enable us to work on riding technique, pedaling efficiency and other practical aspects of the sport such as group riding and positioning in a group. We will also work on showing you specific training methods such as Strength Endurance and intervals.
Cost: Individual: $65 (USD) per 1.5 hour session
